Equipment:

Ingredients:

  1. 4 Cups Basmati Rice (Long-grained rice)
  2. 3 Pieces Egg
  3. 2 Tablespoon Ginger Paste
  4. 5 Cups Diced Vegetables (Peas, Carrot, Cauliflower, Beans, Broccoli, Capsicum, Peacod)
  5. 2 Pieces Bay Leaf
  6. 1 + ½ Cups Onion Paste
  7. 5-6 Pieces Black Pepper
  8. 4-5 Pieces Cardamom
  9. 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  10. 2 Pieces Cinnamon Sticks
  11. 3 Tablespoon Clarified Butter
  12. 5-6 Pieces Sliced Green Chillies
  13. ½ Pieces Tasting Salt (Optional)
  14. ⅓ Cup Oil
  15. Salt To Taste

Instructions:

  1. At first, you need to wash the Basmati Rice (Long-grained rice). Keep the rice aside.
  2. Next, you need to heat a pan and add 5 and a half cups of water in it, Then add cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaf, 1 tablespoon salt and black pepper one by one in the boiled water. Now you have to bring it to the last boiling point and add onion paste, sugar, ginger paste, and oil in it. Then boil it for 2 minutes.
  3. Then add the Basmati Rice (Long-grained rice) into it and cook it for 8 minutes at high temperature. Make sure that the lid of the pan is covering the verge of the pan. It will help you to boil the rice very fast.
  4. Next, add chillies, all the vegetables, the eggs in oil in a pan and fry the dish for 3 and a half minutes at high temperature. Then add clarified butter, tasting salt, the boiled rice in it and fry the mixture of ingredients at a low temperature. Fry the mixture for 15-20 minutes. After 20 minutes your tasty vegetable fried rice is ready.
