  3. Bowl
  4. Knife
  5. Cooking Pan
  6. Plate

  1. 2-3 Pounds Beef
  2. 1 Piece Chopped Onion
  3. 5 Pieces Fresh Mushrooms
  4. 3 Pieces Garlic Cloves
  5. 2-3 Pieces Fresh Tomatoes
  6. 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  7. 5 Pieces Carrots (Cut into 1 inch small pieces)
  8. 3 Cups Chicken Stock
  9. 1 Piece Cabbage (Cut into thick pieces)
  10. 1/2 Pound Potatoes (Cut into 1 inch small pieces)
  11. ⅓ Teaspoon Black Pepper
  12. Salt
  13. Oil

  1. Add salt and black pepper with the meat and fry the meat till it gets the brown colour. After frying the meat, remove the extra oil from the pan.
  2. Now add onions and mushrooms with a little salt in it. Saute the mixture very well. When the onion is soft, add the garlic (do not burn it).
  3. Next, add the fried meat pieces with carrot and tomato. Check the seasoning. I hope its taste is a little bit sour, you may add the brown sugar. After adding brown sugar, bring the mixture to a boiling point. Put in a slow cooker on low temperature for 10 minutes.
  4. Then add the potatoes and cabbage in it and cook for an hour more. Check the seasoning again, the meat should be soft enough to separate into pieces. If it is, then you have to remove the pan from the heat.
  5. As you have cooked your delicious beef recipe, you may serve this recipe with rice.
