- 2-3 KG Rib Part of Beef
- 3 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Cup Beef Stock or Broth
- ¼ Cup Flour
- ½ Teaspoon Garlic Paste
- ½ Teaspoon Ginger Paste
- Preheat the oven to 500 degrees. Place the beef rib in an open and shallow bowl with fat side up. Mix ginger paste and garlic paste with the rib very well. Now sprinkle a little flour and rub the flour into the fat lightly and the other part also. Season everything with salt and black pepper. Marinate the rib for 10 minutes.
- Place the ribs in the preheated oven and roast the ribs for 10 minutes (10 minutes for per KG). When the cooking time is up, turn off the oven. Do not bring out the rib now. Allow the rib to remain in the oven till the oven is warm or about two hours. After getting the deep brown colour, bring out the rib.
